Tucuman’s Teniente Benjamín Matienzo International Airport is just 10 km east of the city centre. Shuttle buses leave regularly for the city centre or there are taxis.

By Bus
The city’s bus terminal is on Brigado Teran, several blocks from Plaza Independencia. It is part of an enormous modern complex, which boasts a shopping centre and supermarket along with several restaurants and bars. By Car
San Miguel de Tucuman is some 1,190 km from the city of Buenos Aires. Take the Ruta 9 to Rosario and from there the Rutu 34 to Tucuman, in all, a journey of around 12 hours.
