Gobernador Horacio Guzmán International Airport is some 34 km southeast of Jujuy city centre. Minibuses and taxis operate between the airport and the centre.

By Bus
Jujuy’s bus terminal is on Avenida Dorrego just two blocks south of the Rio Xibi Xibi. The journey from Buenos Aires to Jujuy takes about 20 hours. Several bus companies operate daily services to the city, including La Veloz del Norte (tel: +54 [0] 11 4315 0800), TAC (tel: +54 [0] 11 4312 7012 and Nueva Chevallier (tel: +54 [0] 11 4000 5255). Buses also leave Jujuy for destinations in northern Chile and Bolivia. By Car
It is some1,480 km from Buenos Aires to San Salvador de Jujuy. Take the Ruta 9 to Rosario and from there the Ruta 34 all the way to Jujuy passing the cities of San Miguel de Tucuman and Salta. The province of Jujuy itself has over 1,000 km of paved roads.
