Many locutorios (call centres) have a few computers where you could also access the internet. Connection speed and comfort inevitably vary from place to place. There is also widespread Wi-Fi and you’ll be able to connect for free in lots of cafes, bars and hotels. Prices are still relatively cheap compared to other parts of the world.
